The history of reinforcing mesh originates in the second half of the 19th century. A French gardener named Joseph (fr. Joseph) was frustrated by the fragility and fragility of the clay garden pots he used for seedlings. Therefore, he thought about a method by which it would be possible to strengthen the clay mass from which the garden pots were made. To do this, he tried to insert iron rods into the pots produced. The innovation unexpectedly justified itself. After doing some improvements and experiments with iron bars and clay, as well as building materials, he got the desired effect. In 1867, he filed a patent for his invention. Thus, what is now used by builders all over the world was born and is called the strengthening of building structures and works using masonry mesh. Today it is difficult to imagine the construction of reinforced concrete structures, brick walls and foundations of houses without a masonry mesh. Welded masonry mesh is now used in all types of construction work. High consumer demand for this type of product is determined by its breadth of application and high technical characteristics. The design of the product is simple, metal rods are welded and form rectangular cells of different sizes. The fastening of the rods to each other is achieved by means of spot welding. The diameter of the rod is usually 3-5 mm. The main task facing this type of product is to increase the structural strength of the materials used and as a result of the entire structure. Mesh manufacturers produce welded mesh for individual customer needs. The size of the cells and other product standards depend on this. Also, to increase the strength and durability of the mesh, it is galvanized with zinc and corrugated or wavy bends are applied. Welded meshes processed in this way have: 1) more attractive aesthetic look 2) better resistance to corrosion and weathering 3) higher strength 4) increased service life Masonry mesh is used when applying plaster to walls so that the mortar adheres well to a vertical surface. It is also mandatory to use masonry mesh when erecting objects of two or more bricks and when constructing buildings from lightweight blocks to prevent voids. Several factors affect the pricing of welded mesh: packaging (cards or rolls), presence or absence of a protective zinc layer, mesh size. An important factor influencing the price of the product is the trade margin. Therefore, when buying a welded masonry mesh in our company, the buyer always has the best offer on the market, taking into account the price and can be sure of the quality of the product.
