Installing sliding gates

Stage # 1 Selection of the necessary components:

According to the technical requirements and actual measurements, we determine the required construction sliding gates and agree with the customer, after which we conclude contract, we define the terms, and we take the object into work.

Stage # 2 Preparatory:

Preparation for the installation of sliding gates mainly takes place away from the eyes of the client, the company's specialists prepare the necessary reinforcing structure, embedded and installation elements. During the construction of regional facilities, they additionally organize everyday life (change houses, warehouses, autonomous food, etc.)

Stage # 3 Installation:

Experts determine the heights, mark the installation site, dig the foundation for the gate (more than 1.2 cubic meters) and all the necessary elements. Pouring is done after the reinforcement is done and the necessary "embedded" is installed. After the foundation has been poured, it must settle, at least 3 days *, before you can start assembling the gate and installing the automation.

* it must be remembered that the foundation will acquire maximum strength 21 days after pouring.

Stage 4 Completion of the object:

The masters remove the formwork, set the gaps, adjust the automation and start it up, after which they sign the delivery certificate with the client.

The preliminary cost of installation is calculated to the customer before the specialists get to the object, and is formed exclusively from the words of the client, in 95% of cases the amount of installation does not change, but there are exceptions when the customer does not know that the fence is being erected on a site with construction waste, etc., or in a forest plantation, in this case, the foremen perform soil development and drilling holes manually, which leads to an increase in the cost of the installation.

Installation of Egoza spiral safety barrier

Spiral safety barrier is an element of perimeter security, the functional properties of the fence and its aesthetic appearance depend on the quality of the material and the correct installation of which. For the correct selection of the specification of the kit from the customer, we are waiting for information on the type of fence on which the Egoza SBB will be mounted (concrete, metal, mesh, etc.) and on its dimensions (height, span width, etc.). After receiving the necessary information, we form a specification of the necessary elements, and provide the customer with several options for approval. We take the approved version to work

Egoza installation is - stretching a barbed cutting spiral over an existing fence. First, the brackets are welded / screwed on, then the guide wire is pulled, and only then the spiral barrier is stretched and fixed to the steel wire with special brackets.

In our care, We use high-quality materials, do not try to save on metal thickness, or use "Chinese" counterparts.

- Safety barrier zinc coated 140 gm 2 , core not less than 2.5mm made of carbon wire, cutting element made of galvanized steel 0.5mm;

- Brackets for welding, reinforced and full size made of a profile 15x15mm with an anti-corrosion coating, during installation such brackets do not bend and allow you to install the safety barrier correctly;

- Guide galvanized wire with a cross section of 2.5mm .

When installing on prefabricated structures sectional fences we use V-shaped and L-shaped (from a U-shaped profile).
