PVC coated mesh

Polymer-coated (PVC) chain-link mesh - one of the types of woven mesh - is made from steel wire of normal quality, covered with a polyvinyl chloride film. This coating protects the material from external factors.

The use of polymeric materials for surface treatment is the optimal solution to protect the metal mesh from corrosion. Thanks to the use of a polymer coating, the mesh becomes resistant to difficult operating conditions.

The mesh frame of the material is molded in a typical way. Low carbon steel wire is interlaced on the machine with flat turns, which determines the diamond or square shape of the cells. In the future, the white metal mesh is processed with a polymer: the steel core is enclosed in a plastic sheath, which protects it from contact with the external environment. As a rule, the color of such a shell is green. However, upon individual order, manufacturers supply polymer-coated mesh in a wide range of colors.

The two-layer construction, which the PVC-coated netting has, determines its technical properties. It has the same lightness and strength as other types of wickerwork. However, it is much more durable and is designed for use, including in an aggressive environment. In particular, the colored PVC netting can be freely used on the sea coast as elements of barrage structures, since its steel core does not come into contact with aggressive air. And for a polymer shell, such an environment is normal and does not harm its structure. Also, the PVC-coated mesh-netting can be operated in conditions of air polluted by industrial and chemical substances.

At the same time, you should not consider a polymer-coated mesh netting exclusively as an option for an aggressive environment. You can buy it for making barriers everywhere, because the green mesh-netting looks aesthetically pleasing and more attractive than ordinary metal. And the protection against rain significantly exceeds the protective properties of the galvanizing method.

In particular, the PVC netting, the price of which is affordable, will be an excellent solution for fencing a children's and sports ground. White, green, red and any other products are suitable for this. Visually, it is not much like a typical fence: the design looks light and attractive. Due to its high strength, the fence will provide protection for the surrounding landscape, for example, lawns and flower beds, from the ball from the sports field. The resistance to damage of such a mesh is much higher than that of a fabric one. And the service life exceeds the capabilities of woven barriers many times over.

The advantages of a polymer-coated mesh-netting are:

And such a fence has a lot of advantages, it protects against unwanted penetration and allows light to pass through in the required volume.
