Mesh railing is the most common type of railing in the world. It gained such popularity due to its affordable price and practicality. There are many types of mesh fences and they can all be divided into two broad categories - wicker and welded. We all know the netting "Rabitz", which is used in the industrial and private sector - perhaps, it is not possible to find a more practical and cheaper net, - this is a bright representative of woven nets. Unfortunately, the installation of such a fence requires more labor than the installation of modern fencing systems, and also requires additional equipment with sloping posts and thread tensioners. With a detailed study of the issue, it becomes clear that significant savings cannot be achieved, and more and more consumers are choosing fences made of section-type welded mesh.

Sectional fencing systems retain their practicality, while being prettier than their predecessors.

Modern fencing systems made of welded mesh are used almost everywhere - from dacha cooperatives to high-security facilities, and they are called a "system" for a reason, because it is no longer just a mesh and pillars, but a wide range of elements with different characteristics and a large number of accessories that can be assembled into serious engineering structure. Completeness is selected depending on the functional tasks of the fence.

" ECO " is the most popular type of fencing in the private sector, and this is not surprising - although the fencing has lost its strength, it has retained its practicality, aesthetics and durability. Simply put - if you do not have large dogs, and you do not plan to play football in a fenced area, such a fence will suit you and will last for decades. A polymer-coated mesh will be an excellent frame for flower beds, gardens and vegetable gardens - for these purposes, a 1m high mesh is most often used.

It is not recommended to use the "ECO" system for structures of public fences . It is advisable to use more durable elements - sections of a rod of at least 4mm and a profile column with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. For playgrounds and kindergartens, a height of 1.5-1.7m will be enough, for office buildings 2m. It will not be superfluous to provide anti-vandal fasteners - those that cannot be unscrewed. The easiest way for such purposes is to use fasteners for a screw with an internal hexagon - to dismantle the fence, it will need to be drilled out, which cannot be done quite noisily and imperceptibly.

Sports ground is a complex engineering structure, for the selection of a set and its installation it is best to turn to specialists, but if you decide to do it yourself, you need to determine what the site should be: < / p> - durable,

For fencing sports grounds, sections of the " PROM " type are used, their design feature is the presence of two horizontal rods, between which a vertical one is clamped, which makes such a structure shock-resistant. Usually, the entire site is made of a mesh made according to the formula 5/4/5 , and 6/5/6 nets are placed in the impact zone. Also, in the gate area, fasteners with rubber seals are used, which is not necessary for the rest of the perimeter. If the playground provides for the game of football, it will not be superfluous to place an oudprotection mesh - it will not only significantly reduce noise, but also extend the life of the fence.

The first step is wire preparation.

The second stage is welding the section and forming the stiffeners.

The equipment should not only weld the longitudinal and transverse rods to each other, but to ensure the perfect geometry of the section and precise welding, thereby guaranteeing maximum structural strength. The third stage is the preparation of products for painting. This is the cleaning and treatment of elements with chemical solutions, this stage determines how well the polymer will hold on the product, whether there will be technical dust between the metal and the polymer, and whether corrosion will form. Some manufacturers try to save money at this stage, take cheaper chemicals or avoid this stage altogether. Such a reduction in price will be an unpleasant surprise for the consumer and its consequences will manifest themselves in a few years.

The fourth stage is painting. The aesthetics and durability of the product directly depend on the quality of the polymer. Reputable manufacturers regularly test their products in special chambers simulating conditions equal to a decade of product use.

Some manufacturers declare the presence of additional layers of protection for their products, thereby emphasizing their reliability. It usually sounds fabulous: "nano-crystals", "ultra-phosphatation", etc. It is quite easy to determine whether this is true or fiction, one has only to search the Internet for the meaning of these phrases, their properties and scope. As an example, you can recall the PVC coating. Such a coating really exists and stands for polyvinyl chloride. This material has poor frost resistance and poor UV resistance, but by adding various kinds of polymer additives, the value of these characteristics can be improved.
